Rush.com Redesign
A new website in honor of forty years of Rush
Our new website has been designed and built for the modern era of digital content. It utilizes responsive web design to enable a consistent, usable experience across devices and platforms. And yes, that includes mobile! The site also features the latest community management and engagement capabilities which will enable Rush fans to communicate and collaborate in ways they haven’t before on Rush.com. You’ll see these features roll out in the coming weeks.
The site was designed and built in a joint venture between two respected boutique digital agencies – Montreal’s Plank and Philadelphia’s Happy Cog. Plank has worked with author and filmmaker Michael Moore, BioWare, and The Sun Magazine; Happy Cog has worked on high profile redesigns for Ben & Jerry’s, MTV, Zappos.com, Harvard Business School, and Coldwell Banker.
Lifelong Rush fans, Plank’s Principal and Founder Warren Wilansky and Happy Cog CEO Greg Hoy were ecstatic to be a part of the endeavor:
“It’s a rare opportunity and an honor be able to work on a project for people that have literally helped shape your life. I wouldn’t have learned to play music myself if it wasn’t for Geddy, Alex, and Neil.” – Greg Hoy
The site wouldn’t be possible without the key contributions of Plank’s Jennifer Lamb, Pablo Boerr and JF Fortier, as well as former Happy Cog developer Sam Hernandez. And special thanks to SRO/Anthem, especially Meg Symsyk, Pegi Cecconi, and Andy Curran.
The site will, over time, become the definitive resource for Rush information. Check back often to see what’s new.
