Fly By Night Vinyl Pre-order

Fly By Night, Rush’s second album, is being re-released and has been remastered on 200-gram, heavyweight vinyl at legendary Abbey Road Studios using the Direct Metal Mastering (DMM) audiophile copper plating process, all from original analogue masters. It’s available for pre-order now.

This superb collector’s box set brings together live performances by Rush from each decade of their career. It includes “Rush In Rio”, “R30”, “Snakes & Arrows Live”, “Time Machine 2011: Live In Cleveland” and “Clockwork Angels Tour” plus a bonus disc of previously unseen and unreleased live material stretching from 1974 to 2013.

On this day in history, VAPOR TRAILS, the 17th studio album by Rush was released.

In March of 1974, Rush released their self-titled debut through the band’s own indie label, Moon Records in Canada, and quickly sold out of the initial 3500 copies originally pressed.
